Meet Our Team
Nicole Berdine, MBA, Administrator
Nicki is a graduate of Penn State University with a BS in Marketing and an MBA from the University of Pheonix. She has been with Darling’s Home Care for about four years and has recently moved into the Administrator role. Nicki has proven to be a strong leader and is continually looking for ways to help her team be even more successful. When she’s not in the Darling’s Home Care office she is busy following her two teenage sons year round with their travel/high school sports teams and spending time with her husband.
Mark Summers, Office Manager
Mark has been an incredible asset to Darling's Family of Services since 2016, first as a pharmacy technician and now as Office Manager at Darling's Home Care. He is happily married to his loving wife Amber and they share a Pug puppy named Piper. In his free time Mark enjoys sports, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
Tracy Mahaffey, RN/Clinical Supervisor
Tracy joined Darling’s Home Care around the time it began in 2015. She is an RN and certified health coach advocating health through nutrition with other 22 years in experience. Tracy and her husband live in Russell with their dogs and enjoy spending time with their three boys.
Crissy Williams, RN/Clinical Supervisor
Crissy has been with the Darling’s Home Care team for over three years. She is in the office but often finds herself in the field helping her teammates and treating wounds as she is certified in wound care. Crissy became a nurse to help others through their hardest times. When she isn’t working, she loves to spend time camping and being out on the water with her husband and young daughter.
Lindsay Bevevino, Marketing Liaison
Lindsay joined the Darling’s Home Care team in fall 2019 after many years at a local Nursing Facility. She graduated from Mercyhurst University in 2011 and spent five years living in Pittsburgh before moving home to Warren. Lindsay feels that Home Care is essential to the health and wellness of our community. In her free time she loves spending time with her husband and two year old son.
Kristy Hanks, RN
Kristy has been a nurse for over 7 years and was working in a hospital setting prior to joining the Darling’s Home Care team. She chose to become a nurse because of the impact a nurse can have on the care and outcome of the patient. Kristy grew up in warren and currently lives here with her husband and young son.
Lauren Christy, RN
Lauren has been an nurse for nearly 3 years and has been with Darling’s Home Care for over a year. She enjoys treating patients in their comfort zone versus a hospital setting. Home health gives her the opportunity to get to know a patient and their family while helping them adjust to being home. Lauren lives in Warren with her fiancé and their dog.
Kristen Lucas, RN
Kristen Joined the Darling’s Home Care team over a year ago. She became a nurse because she truly loves being able to help people and is fascinated by how the human body operates. Kristen has travelled extensively and lived for six years on Ocracoke Island in the Outer Banks before moving home to Warren. When she isn’t working with patients she spends her time with her Husband and her two small children.
Misty Wilson, RN
Misty is a JCC graduation and has been an RN for nearly 20 years. She has experience in many areas of nursing but has found that home care is her passion. She loves being able to connect with her patients through education and care. Misty is a proud mom of four beautiful daughters and one handsome son.
Lacey McCollough, RN
Lacey joined the Darling's Home Care team in late summer 2019. She started her career in healthcare as an LPN in 2013 and later earned her RN in 2015. Lacey worked in long term care and in hospital settings prior to home care. In her spare time Lacey loves to craft, travel, be outdoors and spend time with her partner Travis and their two young kids.
Amanda Sanden, RN
Amanda has been a nurse for 6 years. Prior to joining the Darling’s Home Care team she worked at UPMC Hamot in the Medical-Surgical IU. Amanda enjoys home care because it allows her to get to care for her patients throughout their entire stay. She finds it rewarding to witness vast improvements in her patients as their time together unfolds. In her spare time, Amanda likes to go on hikes with her husband and their two dogs.
Sarah Greene, RN Field Staff Liaison/UR Specialist
Sara has been part of the Darling’s Family almost since its inception. She was with us for over 3 years, took a short break and is now back full time and we are thrilled to have her! Sara has extensive nursing experience in a variety of settings but finds Home Health (and Darling’s in particular) to be her “Home”. When she’s not advising staff, reviewing operations or seeing patients, you can find Sara spending quality time with her three beautiful daughters and her husband.
Deanna Beyer, MPT
Deanna is one of the founding members of Darling’s Home Care. She graduated from Gannon University with a Masters in Physical Therapy in 1995 and has extensive experience in all fields of Physical Therapy having worked in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient centers and in home health. She is very passionate about her profession and enjoys the one-on-one that home health offers. Deanna and her husband live in Warren and have three children. Together they enjoy supporting their kids in all their sports and extracurricular activities and spending time with family and friends in the great outdoors.
Jennifer Hoffman, MPT
Jennifer graduated from Mercyhurst Univeristy in Sports Medicine and received a Masters in Physical Therapy from Chatham University. She started working at Darling’s Home Care in 2018 after seventeen years providing PT for the children of Warren and Corry School Districts. When she isn’t working you can find Jen cheering on her kids at sporting events and theatre and dance recitals. She and her husband reside in warren with their two children.
Rebecca Kirkland, DPT
Becky was born and raised in New Jersey and attended undergraduate studies at Moravian College and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Shenandoah University. She has over ten years of experience in home care and enjoys working with patients to help them regain their strength and balance so they may remain in their home. In her spare time she likes to be playing or coaching soccer and enjoying the outdoors. Becky lives in Titusville with her husband and two children.
Melissa Lemay, MPT
Melissa is a graduate Daemen College. After graduating she worked in a hospital setting for a year and a half before starting her home care career in 1994. She loves getting to work with and getting to know patients in their own home. Melissa and her husband of over 23 years live in Sheffield where she coaches volleyball at her alma mater Sheffield Area High School. The couple shares two fabulous kids who are both in college.
Lindsey Clinton, DPT
Lindsey graduated in 2002 from the University of Missouri with a Masters in Physical Therapy and later received a Doctorate in Physical therapy from St. Louis University in 2011. She enjoys all aspects of Physical Therapy and recently decided to practice at Darling’s Home Care full time. Originally from Missouri, Lindsey moved to Titusville about three years ago. She enjoys spending time with her two children, running, hiking and travelling as much as she can.
Julie Goff, SLP
Julie has been with the Darling’s Home Care team since its start in 2015. She enjoys home health care because she loves the one on one interaction with patients and their families and working with clients to help them remain in their homes where they feel most comfortable. Julie and her husband of nearly 30 years together have three children and many grandchildren. In addition to her work and spending time with family, Julie loves being outdoors and enjoying our beautiful region of the country.
Robin Anderson, SLP
Robin has been with Darling’s Home Care for nearly four years. She became a Speech Pathologist because she was inspired by Helen Keller’s story as a child. Robin enjoys home care because she gets to meet patients from all walks of life and help them get some of their independence back. She states “it is the best thing in the world when someone can say ‘I love you’ to their spouse again or I can help a patient eat food safely with their family.” When she is not at work Robin spends time with her husband and two children.
Mary Beers, SLP
Mary lives in Waterford, PA and attended Edinboro University for her undergrad and graduate studies achieving a Master of Arts in Speech Pathology. Her background is in skilled nursing facilities where she has worked for over eighteen years. Mary met her husband working in Long Term Car and has now been married for over eight years. She has two young daughters and spends much of her time assisting her kids in their extracurricular activities.
Lauren Shreffler, OTR/L
Lauren has been with Darling’s since 2017. Originally from Kane, she and her husband live in Warren. Lauren attended IUP and later Chatham University for her Masters of Occupational Therapy. Her favorite part of her job is helping people accomplish what is most important for them in their day to day life and building relationships/friendships along the way.
Kelsie Heath, OTR
Kelsie joined our team in a part-time role in late 2019 and has since taken on a full time role. Prior to working in home care she was employed at a skilled nursing facility. Kelsie enjoys spending time with her patients and helping them meet their goals. When she is not working she likes to spend time with her family and friends and husband.

Julie Lindemuth, PTA
Julie graduated Suma Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh Titusville Physical Therapist Assistant program as a non-traditional student when her two daughters were two and four years old. She has worked in the Titusville, Oil City and Warren areas for over 18 years. Julie finds her work in home care very rewarding and loves helping people achieve the highest level of function possible. In her spare time she likes spend time with her husband of over 27 years and their girls.
Dianna Wadlow, MSW
Dianna Wadlow joined the Darling’s Home Care team in 2018. In addition to her work in home health, she is an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh teaching undergraduate and graduate level classes in the field of social work and mental health. She feels it is a blessing and privilege to be invited into her patient’s homes to assist with their concerns and needs. In her spare time, Dianna enjoys teaching yoga, golfing, traveling, a good movie and good food. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her three kids.
